Records kept on your device

Score Challenge results, duel records and settings are kept in your browser's local storage. Regular play records and share cards are not uploaded to our servers, and they are removed when you clear the site data. Administrator sign-in uses a separate secure cookie and is never stored in local storage.

Daily Challenge leaderboard

Daily Challenge scores and streaks are stored in this browser by default. Only if you choose to post a score from the result screen do we store your nickname, score, challenge date, submission time and an anonymous participant identifier on our server. The list of connected cells is used only to verify the score and is not stored. Public pages show only the nickname, score and rank. Please do not use your real name or contact details as a nickname.

When you start a Daily Challenge, an anonymous participant cookie with secure attributes (HttpOnly, Secure) is kept for up to one year to tell apart records from the same browser. It is not an account and does not sync across devices. Leaderboard records are removed after 30 days, and "Delete my public records" on the leaderboard screen removes everything this browser has posted, including older rankings.

Usage statistics

To improve the site we collect visit counts, visit times and how long the page is visible. A daily-changing hashed identifier is computed from the IP address and browser information; the raw IP address and browser string are not stored in the statistics store. Statistics expire after 7 days. A separate hashed IP identifier used to limit excessive requests is kept only briefly.

Service providers and sharing

The site and server data are delivered and processed through Cloudflare. When you use a share button to open another app, that service's privacy policy applies. Shared text includes your score and the game link.

Advertising

Google AdSense ads are not currently shown. Before ads are enabled, this notice will describe the cookies, purposes and consent or withdrawal options, and the required consent flow will be applied.

Contact and deletion requests

If you cannot delete something yourself or have a privacy question, contact [email protected]. For ranking requests, include your nickname and the challenge date. Do not send passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.
